Tip of the Day
Think of the times that suit you to be physically active. If you are too tired when you get home at night, perhaps some activity at lunchtime is better for you. Make small changes to your daily routine. For example, you could go for a walk at lunch, or get off the bus a stop or two early and walk the rest of the way home.
