Looking for summer camps for your kids?  Visit our Summer Activities section where you will find day & week long camps that are action-packed with fun and adventure. Men's Health   Cardio-Strip   June 9 - Noon Hour Walk & Strollers   Summer Sports Smarts

The Need for Change.  This Wellspring article includes information on Canadian men's health, masculinity as a health determinant, health behavious & beliefs, and fostering healthier lifestyles for boys and men.

Starting April 14 from 4:15-5:15 enjoy this twist on physical activity & fitness.  Cardio-strip is a fun & crazy way to work on and improve your flexibility, core strength and cariovascular fitness.

Join Active Edmonton at the top of the Hotel MacDonald Stairs for a 40 minute guided walk.  Meeting time is 12:10 pm.  There are 3 different sessions. 

Summer is ALMOST here and outdoor sports hold a special appeal for everybody.  Whether you are out enjoying the weather by yourself or with friends remember to keep safety in mind.
